The machine is equipped with a pneumatically pre-tensioned counter-knife crossbar, which can be lowered for maintenance work and to remove foreign objects. In addition, this protects the machine from major damage when foreign objects enter.
The large, hydraulically pivoting and locking maintenance doors on both sides further simplify maintenance work and the removal of foreign objects.

Possible areas of application:
Re-shredding of pre-broken waste or residual wood, as well as pre-shredded household, commercial, or industrial waste, packaging materials, production residues, and much more. Depending on the size, the materials can also be fed into the machine without prior pre-shredding.

The machine has been completely overhauled.
The following overhauls were carried out:
- Rotor bearings renewed
- Wear surfaces refurbished
- Rotor tool holders re-armored
- new hydraulic hoses and new motor for hydraulic unit

- Pneumatic piping and valves renewed
- Rotors fitted with new cutting tips, and new counter-knives installed
- new drive belts
- Screens will be newly manufactured according to the required grain size
- Complete new paint job
- Control cabinet overhauled and new star-delta starter circuit installed

- two overhauled gearboxes
- overhauled drive motor
- new turbo coupling
