The Wagner non-ferrous metal separator (NE separator), model 0429 from Wagner Magnete, is one of the manufacturer’s high-performance eddy current separators. Working width: 600 mm.

• Throughput: depends on the material and grain size.
• Rotor speed: up to 3,000 revolutions per minute.
• Belt speed: 0.5 to 2.0 m/s.
• Weight: 1.2 tons.
• Rotor system: Eccentrically mounted with a high pole-changing frequency.
• Rotor drive: 4 kW; belt drive: 1.5 kW.

The machine and the associated control panel are included in the delivery.

The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center will be closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner’s expense and can be delivered EXW at a port or in the production facility.
