The BookMaster brochure-making machine and the TrimMaster front cutter combine maximum performance with cost-effectiveness. They are easy to operate and require minimal maintenance, making them the most advanced, user-friendly, and reliable saddle-stitch brochure-making machines on the market. The BookMaster features a unique stitching mechanism that ensures virtually maintenance-free operation. The most important wear parts are contained in the stitching head cassette and are replaced every 5,000 cycles during cassette changes. This allows for over one million cycles before servicing of the stitching head is required. The BookMaster has a manual adjustment feature for adapting page margins, end sheets, and stitching/folding positions.
The TrimMaster cutting unit has a single, self-sharpening blade made of hardened steel for clean trimming of the book's front edge. All cutting waste is transported outside the machine to an external waste container, which allows for continuous operation.
The finished brochures are transported to a high-performance discharge conveyor.
