WEINIG PowerMat 2400+ ProfiPress T 5500 HF

We offer a fully automated line from the renowned manufacturer WEINIG for gluing and sizing of panels and worktops made from solid wood. The line is designed for efficient industrial production while ensuring high dimensional repeatability and surface quality.

The use of the ProfiPress T 5500 HF high-frequency press enables fast and stable bonding of components, while the integrated panel saw system allows precise cutting to both length and width in a single production cycle.

The ABB IRB 760 robot (year 2023) is responsible for automating the transport and unloading of elements, significantly reducing manual labor and increasing overall process efficiency. The entire setup is complemented by a roller conveyor storage system and scissor lifts to ensure smooth internal logistics.

The offered equipment/machine is sold on EXW terms (PL – 38-120 Czudec) according to Incoterms 2020.

Price: 1,099,000 euro net

The offered machine is part of a fully integrated, industrial line for panel production using finger-joint technology. Additional machines or entire production lines can also be purchased.
