For sale is a robust ZENO wood waste shredder / single-shaft shredder, type ZTLL 800 × 1000, manufactured in 1989. The machine is in good working order and was used in a wood processing facility.

The shredder features an 18.5 kW main drive and a hydraulic push floor. The feed hopper measures 1,000 × 800 mm, with a height of approximately 2,000 mm. The rotor diameter is approximately 300 mm, and the rotor speed is approximately 140 rpm. The machine weight is approximately 1,950 kg.

The rotor is equipped with cutting plates / individual teeth on tool holders. The knives or cutting teeth are in good used condition. The rotor also shows a well-maintained condition with no significant damage visible in the provided images.

A heavy-duty, reinforced perforated screen with a 20 mm hole diameter is installed. The perforated screen is in very good condition. The 20 mm screening is suitable for producing a correspondingly fine, uniform shredded material.

The complete electrical control system, including the control cabinet, is included in the scope of supply. This includes, among other things, a main switch, system on/off, operating and fault indicators, forward/reverse, and control of the hydraulic pump. The control cabinet is fully present and will be sold together with the machine.

The offer also includes a powerful transport fan for the pneumatic further transport of the shredded material. The fan motor has 18.5 kW / 25 HP, 380/660 V, 36.5/21 A, 1,455 rpm, 50 Hz, cos φ 0.86, and protection class IP54. The motor weight is 136 kg.

Existing pipes and connection parts belonging to the system can be taken over after inspection. This means that not only the shredder itself is offered, but a largely complete combination of wood waste shredding, control system, and pneumatic material transport.

The machine is particularly suitable for wood waste and production residues from carpentry shops, interior finishing companies, timber construction companies, and similar wood processing businesses.

Inspection is possible by appointment. The location of the system is 3608 Thun, Switzerland.
