Our ZIM 518 machine is an entry-level and investor-friendly machine designed for the production of double-layer paving stones. ZIM 518 comes out with low energy consumption, low investment cost and high return on investment.

Our machine, which can produce 5 concrete blocks or 18 concrete paverstones in one press, is designed to produce 1000 pallets per day. However, if requested, it can also produce concrete curbstones of 1 meter length! To facilitate this production and increase quality; It has many features such as driver-controlled vibration system, special balancing system on the upper mold, and a specially designed vibration table. Our machine is designed as manual system and it is managed by the operator with a hydraulic unit and a joystick.

Although it is a budget-friendly machine and can be installed within hours, our ZIM 518 machine enables the production of high quality paving stones. Our machine gives you a good position in the competition!

We are using “ FULLDRIVE ” frequency controlled vibration systems in our machine. This helps the life cycle of vibration engines and also decreases the total electrical consumption of vibrators.
