Digital printing system for carpet and textile printing

ChromoJet is a valve-based jet printing technology that was developed by ZIMMER in 1976 and has been firmly established in carpet printing and printing on heavy textiles ever since.
The digital printing systems in the ChromoJet family are suitable for all types of pile products in the 300 to 1,500 gsm range.
ChromoJet works with high-speed valves.
The pre-mixed, pressurized special or process inks are injected with
injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without any machine parts touching the fabric.
The result is the deepest color penetration and outstanding print resolution.
Dye classes:
Acid and pre-metallized - for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
Dispersion - for printing on polyester-based carpets
Cationic - for printing on modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
Reactive - for printing on polyamide, wool and cotton-based carpets and mats
