In January 2001, Thomas Gaux, a trained master baker, began successfully brokering used bakery machines. Thanks to his professional expertise and strong contacts within the bakery industry, this business idea proved so successful that in October 2002, together with his wife Anja Gaux, who now serves as Managing Director, he founded Backservice Gaux GmbH.

Today, Backservice Gaux is an internationally operating trading and service company specializing in the used bakery machinery sector.

The company headquarters is located in Dornhan, on the edge of the Black Forest, set amidst beautiful natural surroundings. Here, you can enjoy outstanding gastronomic service and stay in top-class hotels. A special highlight for bakers is our approximately 3,000 m² warehouse, offering a wide selection of machines and ovens.
