The company's principal activity is the supply and support of all machinery required in the metal forming and cutting industry.

The company was founded in 1975 as a supplier of used machinery. In 2009 the company moved to its present purpose built facility complete with offices and workshop with overhead craneage up to 20 ton, this enabled the company to grow into the largest supplier of fabricating and sheetmetal equipment in the North East of England and one of the largest in the UK.

For over 40 years AFM have supplied a large range of new machinery sourced from only the best suppliers. AFM are the sole distributor for Ermaksan Machinery in the UK and are fully equipped to give strong product advise and because of our strong service background, excellent after sales care.

We are not only a sales motivated company, we fully support our products with spare parts and service expertise on all machinery sold.
