AMTEC VFFS-SYS LP 50-L ECO

Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids including tank, liquid pump and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for viscous and non-viscous liquids such as cosmetic cream, tooth paste, skin lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, fruit jam, edible oil, vinegar, juice, milk etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air exhausting device, supporting device of finished bags, hole punching device, suitable for PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 3000ml; film width: max. 520mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. L(80-400)xW(80-250); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 4kW, 6bar; 0.4m³/min; packaging machine dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1150x1790x1650mm; machine weight: 600kg. - Specifications of tank and liquid pump: Tank capacity approx. 50l (individual customizing possible); height: approx. 70mm; liquid pump is in different versions available such as: 10~150ml, 150~500ml, 500ml~1L, 1L~2L, 2L~5L etc. The pump system can be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements (possibly additional costs), dimensions of tank and pump depends on it. The outfeed conveyor has a stainless steel 304 frame. - Specifications: conveying speed: 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; conveyor dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm, weight: 80kg. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L1780xW3640xH1720mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules and machines are possible.
