Heavy-duty transport trolley for weights up to 35 tons.
The transporter is supported by four pivoting heavy-duty wheels and two omnidirectional drive wheels (--> in any desired direction). The drive wheels are pneumatically pressed onto the ground to achieve optimal traction. By rotating the two drive wheels, the various drive modes of the transporter are activated. This creates a very flexible transporter that can move longitudinally, laterally, and rotate on the spot.
The transporter integrates a 35-ton lifting table, the contact surfaces of which are equipped with heat sinks to dissipate the heat emitted by the pallet (during the transport of warm/hot material). The lifting system is driven by a central motor, and the power transmission takes place via two gearboxes and axles that run through the frame. These axles drive 4 shafts at the corners of the transporter. Depending on the transport goods, a device can be constructed that is supported by the lifting system.
The entire system is protected by aluminum covers, each of which is numbered so that it can be easily reattached in the correct position after maintenance.
The transporters are designed to move a maximum load of 35 tons with a maximum speed of 1.5 km/h in manual mode and 1 km/h in semi-automatic mode. The speed can be adjusted continuously via the manual control with joysticks.

Without a load and in manual mode, the transporter can reach 2.5 km/h; in semi-automatic mode, the speed is limited to 1.5 km/h.
