The BLM GROUP E-FLEX is a fully automatic, all-electric, single-head CNC wire-bending machine designed to produce complex 3D wire parts directly from a coil.
Key Capabilities
Full Automation: It processes wire directly from a spool, seamlessly performing inline operations like straightening, cutting, chamfering, and bending.Dual-Direction Bending: The bending head features a double turret capable of rotating both clockwise and counter-clockwise.
This layout allows it to use multiple bending technologies simultaneously to avoid impossible geometries.
Continuous Operation: Engineered with a small physical footprint and all-electric axes, it is optimized for non-stop, 24/7 industrial manufacturing.
