The Churchill U 3615 is a heavy-duty gear hobbing machine designed for accurate and reliable cutting of spur and helical gears in industrial production environments. The hobbing spindle accepts tools up to 180 mm in diameter and 240 mm in length. Feed movements are controlled via P.I.V. variable drives, offering smooth and precise adjustment of vertical, horizontal, and tangential feeds, as well as intermittent and continuous hob shifting.
