CONSTMACH 75 Ton Capacity Cement Silo

CONSTMACH CS-75, a 75-ton capacity cement silo, is an ideal solution for concrete plants, block production facilities, and ground survey applications thanks to its high durability and functional design. This silo, which can be manufactured in bolted or welded types according to need, is easy to transport and can be conveniently assembled on site thanks to its modular structure. The bolted version offers advantages in logistics costs as it can be transported in a 40 ft. OT container or a standard truck.

The CS-75 is equipped with all safety and operational equipment for efficient use. The maintenance platform located between the legs, the cement filling pipe, internal and external manholes, safety railings, and special roof flanges for the pressure relief valve maximize the system's safety. Furthermore, butterfly valve connections, upper and lower level indicators, air filters, and a manual discharge system keep silo operations fully under control. Laser cutting technology used in bolted type production ensures perfect fit and long life. Superior protection against external factors is provided by applying 140 microns thick anti-corrosive and epoxy paint to all surfaces.
