The CORMAK BS530 metal cutting band saw is an advanced industrial machine designed for cutting steel components, pipes, and closed profiles. Construction and technology

The main frame of the band saw is made of high-quality torsion-resistant cast iron, ensuring stable operation even when cutting heavy components. The drive wheels are hardened and ground, while the blade guides equipped with bearings and carbide plates provide precise blade tracking.

The drive system is based on a worm gear transmission, ensuring reliability and efficient power transfer. The machine is equipped with a powerful 2.8 kW motor and an integrated coolant system with a pump and coolant collection tray.
