The WL4+WF4 Machinery Moving Skate Set with a load capacity of 8 tons is designed for the horizontal transportation of heavy machinery, equipment, and industrial installations. It combines the WL4 module with a steering handle and the WF4 platform with adjustable skate spacing, creating a three-point load support system. This configuration allows the set to be adapted to the base of the transported machine and facilitates equipment relocation operations.

Construction and Manoeuvring – Machinery Moving Skates
Each module is equipped with 4 rollers measuring Ø80x70 mm, providing a total of 8 rollers in the set. The identical loading heights of the WL4 and WF4 ensure a uniform load support level.

The two-module design makes it easier to position the skates beneath the equipment and configure the system according to its dimensions.

WL4 – Module with Steering Handle
The WL4 provides one support point with a load-bearing surface of Ø110 mm. The module dimensions of 320x420 mm allow its overall footprint to be taken into account when planning its position beneath the machine base.
The 900 mm long steering handle is used to guide the module, facilitating manoeuvring during transportation and positioning at the destination workstation.

WF4 – Platform with Adjustable Skate Spacing
The WF4 provides two support points, each with a load-bearing surface measuring 180x110 mm. The adjustable spacing range of 50–1100 mm allows the skate positions to be adapted to the width of the machine and the arrangement of its support points.
An 860 mm long connecting bar links the platform components. The adjustable design increases the versatility of the set when handling machines with different base dimensions.

Efficient Internal Transportation and Machine Positioning
The WL4+WF4 machinery moving skates facilitate equipment installation and relocation operations within industrial facilities.
After lifting the machine using suitable lifting equipment, the modules can be positioned beneath the designated support points.
