Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR12A breaks the 12 kg payload barrier and thereby opens up a broader range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements of heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR12A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, which can be connected directly to multiple end tools. It also has a visual status indicator at the base to intuitively display operating conditions.

More possibilities with high payload and large reach
The CR12A provides a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates more stably, with 50% less residual vibration during emergency stops.

24 interface ports for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLC systems. It offers 24 digital I/O ports, with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN control circuits for easy expansion of applications.

High protection level for safe collaboration
Both the robot arm and the control unit achieve the high IP54 protection rating. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with innovative electromagnetic brake protection, which reduces the drop height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
