Collaborative Robot: Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR16A breaks through the payload barrier with a 16 kg capacity, thereby opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1000 mm, the CR16A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment: The CR16A features the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also has a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of operating status.

Expanded possibilities with high payload and extended reach:
The CR16A offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16A operates more stably and experiences 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for greater flexibility:
The CR16A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly integrated with PLCs. It is equipped with 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN switching – ensuring easy application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration:
Both the robot body and the control unit are rated to high IP54 protection standards. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR16A also features an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system to reduce the drop height of the end tool in the event of power failure.
