WHAT MAKES THIS SCREENING DRUM SPECIAL?

Trapezoidal hole pattern – 18 to 20 mm

The openings are laser-cut in a trapezoidal shape and widen from 18 mm to 20 mm.

Due to this special geometry, material components that become lodged in the opening during the screening process can more easily exit again.

The result: ➡️ fewer clogged openings ➡️ reliable material flow ➡️ consistent screening process.

As a result, the drum is not only designed for the largest possible screening area but also for the stresses of daily professional use.

In the area of the screw conveyor, there are no openings on either side over a distance of approximately 15–30 mm.
