The system is currently operated with Alufinish chemicals in a chrome-free process. The pretreatment has a fully automatic Medotec chemical dosing and monitoring system. The pressure pumps are also monitored to ensure that the pretreatment is 100% effective. The chamber width is designed for 700 mm. The cycle time is currently 5 minutes/chamber, but can be adjusted individually.
