HYDRA is a high-speed, two-head digital quilting machine, equipped with a fully automatic double-feed system, designed for the furniture, mattress, and home textile industries. It performs all operations: feeding via motorized rollers, quilting, and cutting of the duvet or padding to the desired length.

The double-feed system allows quilting of two rolls simultaneously, while also offering motorized width adjustment for single-feed mode, with a changeover time of just 20 seconds. This double-feed system is ideal for large-scale production of sofas and headboards, doubling the manufacturing capacity through the simultaneous quilting of two rolls. Conversely, switching to single-feed mode allows for the quilting of high-end mattresses and large-format home textile items.
