Before delivery, the machine will be completely overhauled and technically refurbished by our qualified personnel. Our goal is to provide you with a reliable and immediately operational machine that meets the demands of daily operation.

• Evaluation of all wear-relevant components

• Inspection of the press channel and restoration of the required tolerances
• Overhaul of the hydraulic components, including cylinders, valve technology, and hydraulic hoses
• Replacement of seals, wear parts, and connecting elements
• Inspection of the electrical components and safety devices
• Inspection and readjustment of the bale tying device
• Cleaning, assembly, and commissioning of the overhauled system
• Performance of functional and load tests after completion of the work
