This is a painting robot from Fanuc. It has very special equipment. It was once intended for painting blades for wind turbines. For this purpose, it was installed on a 60 m long rail, which had another rail with which the robot could travel up and down. For this reason, two large additional amplifiers are installed in the control system. This is why the encoder break module is also present twice. Another special feature of this robot is that motors are installed in the shoulder to control two gear pumps. So a 2-component mixture on the robot is no problem.
The robot was never actually used. The operating hours only occurred because the robot was live. This was also confirmed to me by the operator of the system (Enercon). The actual servo ON time is 0.2 hours.
The robot has slight soiling, but is practically as good as new.
Unfortunately, the teach pendant and the teach cable are very dirty. However, this could be replaced if necessary.
The cable length between the robot and controller is 5m and can be plugged into the controller. This is also special.

It is mounted together with the controller on a special pallet 2500x800x1600mm ready for transportation.
We have two of them. The price is for one robot.
At the moment it is configured as right-armed and right-handed.
However, this can easily be changed without mechanical conversion.
