Extendable loading platform: Extendable loading platform with a rear slope of approximately 1,000 mm x 8°. 5 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 5,000 daN). 3 pairs of lashing rings that fold outwards (LC 10,000 daN). 1 pair of lashing rings lying horizontally at the front of the loading platform (LC 10,000 daN). Painting: Complete steel structure automatically blasted with a shot blasting system after welding. Second blasting with corundum for optimal adhesion of the coating system. HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc/15% aluminum) to ensure the best corrosion protection. Final coating with 2 coats of 2K topcoat, solid color in RAL 3002 carmine red according to the RAL 841GL system. Rims in silver-gray. Rear section metallized and painted in RAL 9010 (pure white). Metallic paint is not possible. Paint coating tested in a salt spray test according to ISO 9227-NSS. Sealing of cavities with special wax.
