Chassis
Steel welded construction
1 pair of wheel recesses embedded in the steel platform in the wheel arch area, angled for access, length at the bottom approx. 1400 mm, approx. 400 mm deep.
Frame in the main beam area is 400 mm higher than the wheel recess.
If machines are to be transported where the overall height needs to be checked, please provide the technical data sheet of the machine types with precise details (if the overall height is exceeded -> customer's risk, approval required). Depending on the ground clearance under the machines, inserts in the wheel recesses may be required by the customer.
Turntable with robust ball bearing race, storage box embedded in the turntable extension.
Foldable rear support.
2 chock blocks with holder.
Aluminum side impact protection.
Splash guards at the rear, covering the entire width.
Extendable widening elements to 3,000 mm (not in the rear slope).
(However, the track width of the construction machines or vehicles to be transported must not exceed the outer frame width of 2,550 mm.)
Storage compartment for wooden planks in the center of the loading area.
Wooden planks 70 mm for widening to 3000 mm.
Tie-down eyes, low loader
110 3 pairs of tie-down points, each with 10 tons capacity, integrated in the floor at the front. Includes
6 pairs of tie-down rings embedded on top and on the side in the outer frame, each with 10 tons capacity.
1 x in the neck area.
The remaining ones are distributed in between, with a distance of no more than 1200 mm.
1 x rear slope.
5 pairs of pocket slots embedded in the outer frame, inside 70 x 40 mm, (can be converted to 5 tons ring tie-down eyes, not included in the scope of delivery).
Coupling device, trailer turntable.
Drawbar with tested 40 mm drawbar eye.

2 x 7-pole fail-safe plugs at the front, with connection cable.
1 LED rotating beacon with holder, switched via the sidelights (beacon can be removed).
2 pairs of warning panels, double LED-illuminated and extendable to 3,000 mm.

Front area, steel floor, included.
Thereafter with 70 mm soft wood floor, in the wheel arch area steel/diamond plate covering.
Rear slope with 70 mm soft wood floor.
Low loader platform including rear slope 8,200 mm.
Ramps
Steel ramps 2,800 mm long, 750 mm wide, laterally movable.
Covered with wood.
With spring-assisted support.
Operating instructions
At 10,000 kg axle load, an exception permit is required, only indivisible load is possible!!!
The specified total weight is technically possible, depending on the load, the total weight may not be reached while observing the permissible axle/support and saddle loads.
