Cutting head: 3-axis with taper compensation

During cutting, the water jet naturally forms a slight cone, which can cause the edge of the part to be slightly angled. The taper compensation automatically tilts the head, ensuring that the edges remain straight and perpendicular. This results in higher accuracy and cutting quality, especially on thick materials, without the need for any secondary machining.

The machine comes with an additional spare intensifier. This is a significant advantage, as the intensifier is one of the key components and the most heavily loaded part of the pump.
