The UNO smart presetting device is a compact and user-friendly solution for the precise measurement and presetting of tools directly in the production environment. Thanks to its small footprint and simple manual operation, the device is ideal for toolmaking, machining operations, and single-piece and series production, where high measurement accuracy and efficient workflows are required.

Equipped with the highly precise Microvision SMART image processing system and a manual precision spindle with an SK50 tool holder, the UNO smart enables exact tool measurement with a repeatability of ± 5 µm. The robust gray cast iron construction, combined with a thermally optimized material selection, ensures high stability and reliable measurement results, even with fluctuating ambient temperatures.

In addition, the device has a memory for up to 99 zero points and an integrated energy-saving mode. The included reducer rings allow the presetting device to be used flexibly for other tool holders, such as SK30, SK40, BT30, BT40, or HSK63, thus offering versatile applications in various production environments.
