# Chassis

Heavy-duty HANGLER welded construction made of high-quality steel with tapered welded main beams and reinforced neck section with double centre web. Punched Z-profile cross members with welded side frame. Replaceable 2" kingpin with chamfered skid plate.

18 pairs of recessed lashing rings (2.5 t each) and 8 pairs of recessed folding lashing rings (5 t each). 24 t two-speed landing gear, one-side operation. 2 wheel chocks with holders. Aluminium side underrun protection. Plastic mudguards in front of and behind each axle with anti-spray mud flaps. Rear underrun protection and full-width rear mud flap.

Approx. 8,000 mm covered coil well divided by approx. 40 mm inclined loading beams. Stake pockets and supports for FR 80/80/4 stakes, fully hot-dip galvanized. 80/80 plug-in stakes with reinforced lower section.

Hydraulic inclined loading system with 4 cross beams. Hydraulic supply via tractor through a 2-line hydraulic system (pressure/return) with double Faster couplings. Inclined loading beams with integrated height-adjustable telescopic extensions. Multi-stage hydraulic cylinders with universal joints. Adjustable supports with locking pins. Cylinder openings protected by strip brushes against dirt and weather. 5-function control valve for inclined loading system and folding mechanism.

Sliding roof system with tarpaulin apron cover.

1 tank-end support set with height-adjustable support pins for different tank diameters, including storage bracket.

Front impact stop for inclined loading platform.
