For sale is a new and unused HASUNG HS-1139 annealing tunnel furnace / continuous furnace for the professional processing of gold, silver, and other metals or precious metals.

The system was originally purchased for our own production of silver bars. It was intended primarily for the continuous annealing or soft annealing of silver bars during the production process. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the tunnel furnace can also be used for the heat treatment of other metals and precious metals, such as gold.

The machine was purchased directly from the manufacturer, Shenzhen Hasung Precious Metals Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., and imported to Austria. It was part of a newly acquired production line but was never put into operation by us and has 0 operating hours.

The sale is taking place because, after purchasing the system, we decided against the intended production process using a protective gas.

The HS-1139 operates as a continuous tunnel furnace. The workpieces are fed through the tunnel furnace via a mesh/conveyor belt. The conveyor speed can be adjusted to the respective production process via a frequency inverter.

According to the operating manual, the electric heating reaches a temperature of up to 850 °C. In addition, the system has a protective gas system with ammonia decomposition and a circulating water cooling system.

The machine is located in Lower Austria, Austria, and is currently not connected. An inspection is possible by arrangement.
