The machine is in very good condition; this specific machine is equipped with Hebrock’s Airtronic unit for zero-joint/laser-joint (hot-air system) and a solid edge band magazine for thick wood edges.
The machine has a complete processing line, which means a finished result directly from the machine without the need for post-processing.

Pre-milling: Double pre-milling cutter (joint milling) with diamond tools for a perfect cutting surface.
Gluing system: Traditional glue application (hot melt) + Airtronic unit for seamless zero-joint.
Magazine: Automatic edge band magazine, also optimized for solid edge bands.
Cutting: 1 high-precision cutting blade.
Milling: Upper and lower milling unit for radius and bevel milling.
Corner rounding: Integrated corner copying/corner rounding for finished corners.
Finishing/Post-processing: Profile scraping (radius scraper), flat scraping (surface scraper), and polishing unit.

The machine handles everything from thin rolls (ABS/PVC) to thick solid wood edges. Thanks to the Airtronic system, you can achieve the sought-after "invisible joint" required in modern furniture manufacturing.
