Measuring program:
8-point measurement for 4-sided parts (e.g. rectangle, parallelogram, or trapezoid)
Procedure: 8 points of the workpiece are scanned (two points each on every line at the corners)
Result: Display of 2 x length (top, bottom), 2 x width (right, left), 4 x angle
Protocol: When target values and tolerance specifications are entered, a target/actual comparison is created with deviations and displayed in a table.
Storage of the measurement results as a PDF (protocol) or in an SQL database for statistical analysis.
Inspection and documentation of the manufacturing status in the production process, after cutting, after edging or after drilling the workpieces, depending on the value-added process.
