STRUCTURE AND TABLES
Consists of three electrowelded blocks made exclusively of S355JR steel.
Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
Calculated and designed using finite element software.
The bottom table has a 50 Tn hydraulic cushion with a useful surface of 950 x 750 mm and three front consoles to support the die outside the press.Incorporates a SIEMENS KP-700 COMFORT NC for the regulation of the top table stroke, speed changes, and cushion regulation.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC GROUP
2 single-acting cylinders with lapped sleeves, chromed pistons, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
2 auxiliary double-acting cylinders for fast approach and return speeds.
Variable speed motorized hydraulic group. Includes cylinder decompression valve.
Silent hydraulic pump.
All hydraulic presses of the M series include a pressure switch located on the side, allowing the most suitable pressure setting for each type of work to be regulated.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
Incorporates a Siemens SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7” KTP-700 COMFORT touch screen located on the electrical panel. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic modes, power, stroke, and dwell time of the top cylinder and cushion. It has a storage capacity of 300 recipes, each recipe can program all the above values.
Prepared for Industry 4.0.
The electrical panel includes a selector that allows choosing the type of work to be performed in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic mode and a selector to choose operation in fast or slow speed.
Electrical and hydraulic maneuvers are redundant and self-controlled. They incorporate an additional safety block and self-control devices for maneuvering and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photocells.
Operation is carried out by low voltage electric pedal.
For safety, they incorporate category IV photoelectric barriers located in the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a practicable guard with a magnetic disconnection detector located at the rear.
