Production process:

The line is designed for an efficient and reproducible production process:

positioning of the base sheet;
application of reactive PUR hot melt;
automatic placement of the top sheet with vacuum portal;
passage through the heated press;
controlled curing and output of the final product.

Thanks to the automatic handling, large panels are produced quickly, accurately, and with consistent adhesive quality.

Scope of delivery:

The complete installation includes, among other things:

ICO SYSTEM heated throughfeed ovens;
automatic vacuum portal with suction cups;
conveyor belts and roller conveyors;
control cabinet with PLC/HMI;
complete steel structure and handling system.

Condition:

The machine is fully operational, is still in use for production, and is available only due to a change in the production process.
