Fully Automatic Solvent Cleaning System KP50 HMA
For operation with solvents (hydrocarbons or modified alcohol) under full vacuum.

The cleaning and drying process runs fully automatically in a closed working chamber under vacuum. Component cleaning is performed via spraying, turbulence flooding, ultrasonic cleaning, and vacuum-assisted cleaning with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the two storage tanks. Additionally, the system offers vapor degreasing with ultra-pure solvent vapor directly from the main distillation system. The final vacuum drying step ensures components are 100% dry, and the dual condensation stage minimizes solvent loss as well as emission and workplace exposure values (AGW).
