High-quality stainless steel process vessel (INOX CILC250TP) with integrated dissolver agitator, manufactured in 2022 (agitator motor 2023). Classified as explosion-proof for ethanol/water mixtures up to 80% according to applicable regulations. Cylindrical vessel made of 1.4301 stainless steel, approx. 287 liters gross / 250 liters net, three raised legs, half-cover with protective grid. Dissolver agitator, Schwarzer SRT DMK/4.0-1500 (4.0 kW, 1410 rpm) with dissolver disc, frequency-controlled, motor mounted on a 250 mm adapter outside ATEX Zone 2. Thermoplate heating/cooling jacket up to 95 °C (up to 4 bar). Vessel scale, Mettler-Toledo, up to 600 kg with IND360 evaluation electronics, including calibration weights. CIP spray head, shut-off valve in the outlet.
