IVECO Daily City mit Penta Wave System 4 Pro

Subframe:
Stable, lightweight aluminum construction. Longitudinal and transverse beams made of aluminum. Subframe connected to the chassis according to the truck manufacturer's guidelines. External frame with lashing points.

Floor:
Consisting of 18 mm thick vehicle construction panels, with a film coating on the underside to prevent moisture penetration, and a non-slip screen-printed texture on the top. The panels are laid flat and sealed around the perimeter.

Front wall:
Closed with corner posts extending to under the roof, filled with aluminum hollow profiles.

Side walls:
Equipped with a PentaWave sliding tarp system, which is supported both at the top and bottom in specially shaped profiles. The sliding rollers inside allow the side walls to be moved effortlessly. These can be easily and quickly closed using the integrated tensioning system.

Rear wall:
Open, prepared for the installation of rear doors (see special versions!).

Roof:
Fixed roof, consisting of clamped crossbars in a 400 mm grid, with a tarp above.

Impact protection:
Aluminum strip attached to both sides to guide the Penta-Wave system.

Accessories:
1 set of mudguards including mud flaps
Holder for wheel chocks
Red position lights above the rear portal on the left and right, as LEDs
3rd brake light in the center above the rear portal doors, as an LED
Contour marking according to ECR R48, white on the sides and red at the rear, strip width 55 mm

Load securing with KIM system
3 rows of Ancra Jungfalk with TRS locking bars KIM 5 x 7 cm (ceiling-guided) with horizontal spring telescopic rods
3 additional locking bars KIM 5 x 7 cm (without ceiling guidance).
Mounting of barrier bars to the additional locking bars on the right and left made of aluminum square tube for load securing in the longitudinal direction.

Interior lighting
1 LED light strip, centered in the body, including connection to the driver's cab switch.

Two-wing rear door
Made of aluminum sandwich panels with internal rotary latch closures. The doors have a smooth surface (optimal for lettering).

Drop-down brackets for hole rows in the outer frame
4 pieces per side, mounted with a flap and stop nut (more can be installed upon customer request).

Side impact protection
Side flank protection, brackets galvanized and foldable, planks anodized.

Rear view camera
Rear view camera including connection to the monitor or navigation system installed by the truck manufacturer.
