With a working pressure of 160 bar, the pre-configured cold water high-pressure cleaner HD 7/16-4 ST serves as an entry-level unit in the range of our stationary HD cleaners with single-lance operation.

Our pre-configured cold water high-pressure cleaner HD 7/16-4 ST comes equipped with various features and offers multiple options for individual upgrades.

A dry-running protection system and an operating hours counter are included as standard.

The unit allows for the suction of one or two detergents in either high- or low-pressure mode and can be optimally configured to its place of operation thanks to an extensive accessory package (see photos).

With 160 bar working pressure, this high-pressure cleaner delivers more than sufficient power to tackle even very demanding cleaning tasks.

Kärcher innovations such as the EASY!Force high-pressure gun, which reduces the holding force to zero by utilizing the recoil force of the high-pressure jet, and the EASY!Lock quick-release fasteners (enabling five times faster handling compared to conventional screw connections with no compromise on robustness and durability) support the user.

Kärcher Electric Hot Water Generator HWE 860:

The electric hot water generator HWE 860 is used in conjunction with the HD 7/16-4 ST high-pressure cleaner and heats water up to 85 °C.

Operation of this unit requires proper instruction.

Description: HWE 860 Kärcher Hot Water/High-Performance Heater

The electric hot water generator offers an output of 24 kW. Its use is especially recommended where burner exhaust emission is problematic or not permitted.

Maximum temperature is 85 °C, thermostatically controlled. The unit can be operated manually or automatically.

The device is used in conjunction with a high-pressure cleaner.

The hot water generator is delivered as a standalone assembly, complete with control cabinet and all necessary components (hoses, cables, clamps, etc.). Optionally, the customer can select between cold and hot water operation via two solenoid valves and opt for a digital timer during configuration.

The unit can also serve as an instantaneous water heater—for example, during continuous operation at a flow rate of 700 l/h and an inlet temperature of 15 °C, a temperature of 45 °C is achieved (a temperature increase of 30 °C).
