Frame
Gtedpfsx Uvlfox Adnot
Regular ladder frame in lightweight steel construction with pass-through crossmembers. With pre-cambered chassis frame. Coupling plate approx. 8 mm thick, with a 2-inch kingpin in accordance with DIN 74080 / ISO 337.

Chassis
For indivisible loads, an increase in permissible total towing weight is allowed. Axle lift mechanism on axle 1. Fully automatic, load-dependent axle lift control. Manufacturer as per choice Kögel. Three-axle unit with disc brakes, approx. Ø 430 mm, offset approx. 120 mm. Air suspension with approx. 180 mm stroke.

Vehicle Tyres
Wheels equipped with internal sensors according to UN ECE R141. 6-fold tyre equipment 385/65 R 22.5 UNIROYAL TH 50. 6 steel rims 22.5 x 11.75, offset approx. 120 mm (ET 120).

Chassis Attachments
Landing legs (manufacturer as per Kögel’s choice), mechanical with compensating foot, approx. 24 t lifting capacity. Single-sided operation on the right in driving direction. Spray suppression system according to Regulation (EU) No. 109/2011. 1 pair of quarter-circle mudguards in front of the axles. 1 pair of straight mudguards with spray flaps between 1st and 2nd axle. 1 pair of quarter-circle mudguards with spray flaps behind the axles. 2 wheel chocks with holders. Side underrun protection in accordance with ECE-R73. 2 waterproof plastic toolboxes, internal dimensions approx. 545 x 400 x 400 mm, installed at rear, one left and one right. Retractable access ladder at the rear right. High, rigid rear underrun protection made of steel in accordance with ECE-R58. 1 pair each of extendable warning signs for oversize loads, retroreflective red/white, with LED lighting, spiral cable and plug connector, positioned at both the front and rear of the trailer.

Brake / Air Suspension System
32110.057 EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS plug connection ISO 7638 (without connecting cables), parking brake as spring-loaded brake, external pneumatic connections, and external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug. EBS system (manufacturer as per Kögel’s choice). Air suspension system including 1 lift/lower valve, installed left, behind axle unit in the direction of travel. Driving height is set automatically. 2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front ISO 1728. Steel air tanks for braking system and air supply (EN 286-2).

Floor
Board floor approx. 30 mm thick. Floor sealed all around. Stake pockets for square tube stakes, approx. 80 x 80 mm, arrangement according to drawing J9: 8 stake pocket strips (18 stake pockets per strip: 4 on the outside each + 10 centrally).

Front Wall
Storage for up to 14 square tube stakes approx. 80 x 80 mm (length approx. 1,990 mm) on interior front wall. Front wall approx. 2,000 mm high with steel corner posts, fitted with profiled steel sheet, bolted/riveted to frame. 2 pairs of lashing points (permissible lashing force approx. 1,000 kg per ring) on the front wall according to EN 12640.

Side Wall
VarioFix steel slotted outer frame. 24 pairs of lashing eyes in the outer frame (to EN 12640), permissible tensile force approx. 5,000 kg per ring.

Bump Protection
1 pair of steel rear buffers approx. 160x85x85 mm, mounted on the outer closing plate of the frame. Transverse galvanized steel angle for forklift protection, as well as central cam protection, mounted on the rear closing plate.

Electrical / Electronics
Steel lighting carrier arranged above the underrun protection. KÖGEL LUXIMA Premium Package. 2 multi-chamber tail light
