The machine is in mint condition, both technically and visually, after a completed retrofit.

Thanks to its equipment and design, the machine can be used very efficiently for a wide range of applications. The positioning system ensures simple and very profitable operation of the machine. Thanks to the powerful motor, short cycle times can be achieved even when sawing thick-walled profiles or solid materials. The soundproof cabin reduces noise emissions to a minimum.

The machine is generally overhauled in our company at the customer's request. Among other things, the following
points were renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI operating panel
- Replacement of the ball screw
- Replacement of servo motor and servo inverter
- Replacement of the frequency converter for the main saw drive (optional)
- New electrical components
- New pneumatic lines
- Maintenance or replacement of all hydraulic cylinders and valve terminals
- Overhaul of the extraction system
- Overhaul of minimum lubrication system
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of the soundproof cabin

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Working time and wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.
