OPERATING PROCESS

The ingredients are introduced into the horizontal tank of the KARL SCHNELL 740 using the top feed system.
During the process, the internal mixing elements perform a mechanical movement that allows the ingredients to be distributed, different components to be incorporated, and the product to be homogenized.
The mixing time and conditions are adjusted according to the characteristics of the raw material and the required formulation.
