KARMETAL KMT280 WOS PLC / SPS

The WOS 280X300 model is an automatic bandsaw. Thanks to hydraulic hold-down devices, the machine is capable of performing bundle cuts. Linear guides ensure precise cuts.

After the length of material to be cut and the desired quantity are entered via the PLC control panel, the machine automatically adjusts the cutting length using an encoder and cuts the specified quantity. The feed clamping devices automatically transport the material to the pre-set length. Up to 20 different cutting sizes can be programmed on the screen. The control panel can store up to 50 different job lists, which can be accessed at any time. Ideally suited for bundle cutting.
