This machine has never been used for production and has only served as a demonstration model in our showroom.

Fully hydraulic production band saw machine, heavy-duty design, for cutting light to heavy materials, profiles, tubes, and solid stock in all grades. For both 90° and miter cuts.
The smooth swiveling of the saw unit allows for stepless and quick adjustment of any desired miter angle, using a clearly readable adjustment scale: one-sided up to 60° (acute angle 30°). Straight cuts and miter angles up to +45° can be cut automatically. Angles greater than 45° up to 60° are cut in a semi-automatic cycle.

The stepless adjustable band speed and feed rate ensure the best results in terms of cutting performance and tool life.
The standard Advanced Control system provides optimal machine operation. Up to 99 cutting programs (length/quantity combinations) can be easily programmed in advance. Once the programmed quantity is reached, the machine automatically switches off.
With automatic operation, maximum output is achieved by minimizing non-productive time. The precise ball screw drive in the material feed system guarantees exact material length positioning.
