For sale is a fully functional KASTO twin AE3 – a robust horizontal bandsaw machine for the reliable and economical cutting of solid and profile materials in general mechanical engineering, as well as in series and single-piece production. With a maximum material width of approximately 250 mm and a clamping height of approximately 200 mm, the machine is suitable for clean cutting of a wide variety of materials and cross-sections.

The well-thought-out design, with a feed length of approximately 2200 mm and a material discharge length of approximately 1600 mm, ensures a comfortable and efficient material flow. The machine is complemented by two discharge roller conveyors, each with a length of approximately 1000 mm, resulting in a total material discharge length of approximately 4000 mm – ideal for the safe handling of even longer workpieces.

The compact design, with dimensions of 2500 x 2300 x 1750 mm and a weight of approximately 2500 kg, offers high stability and smooth operation, which has a positive effect on cutting quality and service life. The scope of delivery also includes approximately 8 spare saw blades, which enable immediate and uninterrupted use of the machine.
