Betschart Swiss Transformer Core Testing System KPA 15 – Isolation Transformer Test Core Testing System

Function
The output voltage, which can be continuously adjusted manually by means of a rotary knob, is directly applied to the excitation coils of the test core.
This is intended to create a homogeneous electromagnetic field in the air gap of the test core, with which core material inserted into the air gap can be characterized.
The basic operation of the core testing system is performed via the switch and display elements on the front panel at the front of the test carriage.
