Wood-based panels, 170 mm mineral wool insulation, galvanized steel sheet subfloor.

Walls (layering from outside to inside), U-value cavity 0.36 / element 0.41 W/m²K:
Painted, galvanized profiled steel sheet,
Window wall parapet elements made of painted galvanized steel cassette panels,
100 mm mineral wool insulation,
Interior cladding of melamine resin-coated wood-based panels,
Color: white, similar to RAL 9016 (Traffic White).

Internal walls: Double-sided cladding as above, 50 mm mineral wool insulation.

External sun protection as external venetian blinds, manufacturer Warema, type E 80 A 6, color RAL 9006 (silver), consisting of 80 mm wide, oven-baked aluminum slats including angle protection cover, guide cover, guide rails and spacers, painted in RAL color 7040 (window grey), electric operation.

CEE input plug and output coupling 32 A, with permanently connected cable, concealed installation in the blind box, electrical installation flush-mounted, light switches, sockets, protected by automatic circuit breakers.

PVC trunking system with partition, size 70/170 mm, brand Tehalit, type BRN, color white, continuous routing on the window side in all containers (except corridor container), 2 cut-outs per container in the corners as connection between containers.

Workstation-compatible surface-mounted luminaires, darklight louver type, 1 x 36 W or 2 x 58 W.
