It is designed for the production of:
• Round, marked buns: Kaiser rolls, Corinthian rolls, cross buns
• Elongated, unmarked buns
• Hot dog buns

• Fully automatic and compact bun production line
• Based on a Mini Rex Futura dividing and rounding machine from 2009, which is rotary
• 2-row operation
• Manual removal of products from the conveying belt
• Marking station with easily replaceable tools;
includes heads for: Kaiser rolls, Corinthian rolls, cross buns
• Integrated elongating and flattening unit
• Weight range:
- For marked buns, from 25g to 75g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pcs/h to 2,640 pcs/h,
- For unmarked buns, 80g to 125g dough piece weight – output:
from 1,800 pcs/h to 3,960 pcs/h.
• Fermentation time: approx. 6 minutes at an output of 2,000 pcs/h
• Dough: wheat, whole wheat, yeast dough, doughnuts.
• Single-person operation
