Lorenz FMP04 Filter Test System, 2021 – EN 143/149, ISO 16900-3 – €47,900 net, negotiable

Test respirator filters and masks (FFP and medical face masks) in-house instead of paying for lab time: the Lorenz FMP04 automatic filter test system measures filter penetration and breathing resistance in a single run, with results available within seconds.
New price currently: approx. €95,000 net. Your price: €47,900 net (negotiable), ex works (EXW) Hamburg. One unit only, lightly used.

What you get:
• Standards-compliant testing according to EN 143, EN 149, ISO 16900-3, ISO 17420-2, and NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84; all parameters adjustable for customer-specific tests.
• Two laser aerosol photometers (upstream and downstream) with automatic reference calibration and auto-ranging across six orders of magnitude.
• Aerosol generator using paraffin oil heated to 60 °C, automatic oil supply from external reservoirs, software-based switching between standards.
• Quick-change filter holder, Ø 112.8 mm (100 cm²), face velocity 5–40 cm/s, automatic flow reversal; canister filter adapter plate.
• Extension for differential pressure testing per EN 14683 Annex C.4 (surgical masks) with adapter plates (2.5 cm bore); a €1,836 option in 2021.
• 15" full-HD touchscreen, integrated PC, filter database, test history, CSV export, test reports with your logo, graphs for loading tests; USB and network.
• Flow 8–300 l/min, efficiency 0.0001–100 %, breathing resistance 5–1,000 Pa (manufacturer data for the FMP04 series).
• Scope: all adapter plates and accessories are included. Specifications: built 2021, approx. 150 kg, 870 × 830 × 1710 mm, 115/230 V. Requires compressed air ≥ 6 bar, ≥ 50 l/min (oil-, water- and particle-free).
