Lutetia Baratte T2

The Baratte Lutetia T2 is a benchmark machine in the field of vacuum mixing. Designed to meet the needs of meat and food processing plants, it offers a capacity perfectly suited for medium-scale production. As such, it ensures an ideal balance between performance and footprint.

Thanks to its homogeneous mixing system, the Baratte T2 allows optimal marination and improves product texture. The vacuum process ensures the uniform penetration of brines and reduces yield losses. Furthermore, it preserves meat quality by limiting oxidation and enhancing shelf life. This efficiency makes it an essential tool for processors seeking consistent and reliable results.

Additionally, its robust stainless steel construction ensures maximum durability. All food contact surfaces comply with the most stringent hygiene standards, making cleaning and maintenance straightforward. Moreover, its compact design compared to larger models allows for easy integration into workshops with limited space.

Europ’Equipement offers this pre-owned machine fully overhauled and tested by their technicians. The Baratte Lutetia T2 thus benefits from rigorous inspection to deliver daily reliability, safety, and performance. For businesses seeking a cost-effective and efficient solution, this machine represents a strategic investment.
