ROBUST STEEL CONSTRUCTION

The stable steel substructure and the frame system have been developed for long-term and intensive use.

ROOF SYSTEM

Insulated sandwich panels with PU insulation are used for the roof covering.

INSULATION

Sandwich panels with PU insulation and mineral wool (rock wool) are used for the walls.

SUPPORT SYSTEM

The main structure consists of galvanized C and U profiles. The material thicknesses are determined on the basis of static calculations and according to the intended location of the container.

MAIN CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

The modular containers from SDS Containers are designed taking into account the climatic conditions of the destination.

DRAINAGE SYSTEM

The containers have an integrated drainage system with concealed roof gutters in the upper area of the structure. The rainwater is directed to the corners and discharged via specially developed corner supports.

TRANSPORT SERVICE

We work with several transport companies and can therefore offer cost-effective deliveries throughout Germany and within the European Union.

For transport, we use vehicles with a tail lift and a manual pallet truck. This allows us to unload the container at any fixed location that can be reached by the vehicle.
