Aluminium Circular Saw UK 600 HA 90°, Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic circular saw UK 600 HA 90° is an upcut machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminium, copper, and hard plastics (limited suitability for solid material). The machine is characterized by its easy operation and quick, convenient material changes. This model only allows for 90° cuts!

The saw feed operates automatically at the press of a button, and material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard features include a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for machine cleaning. This machine is equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Additionally, it can be optionally fitted with a digital mitre angle display, a layout laser, and pneumatic lifting for the protective hood.

Equipment:
- Large support table, high-performance drive motor
- Two-button control for initiating the sawing process (optional single-button control available)
- Intuitive control panel
- Two vertical and two horizontal pneumatic clamping cylinders
- Hydro-pneumatic saw blade lifting with oil level indicator
- Fixed material back jaw can be moved rearwards to increase cutting capacity
- Large protective hood covers the entire working area
- Minimum quantity lubrication system with 2-litre reservoir
- Adjustable saw blade feed speed
- Air gun for machine cleaning
- Saw blade diameter: 600 mm

Work Sequence:
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Insert the material
3. Adjust lift speed
4. Bring clamping cylinders up to 20 mm from the material
5. Clamp the material
6. Press the start button – the machine is ready for operation
7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to initiate cutting
8. After cycle completion, release SAW buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamping fixture and remove or advance the material
